Components undergo ultrasonic cleaning, hand deburring, and assembly with stainless Torx fasteners, treated with Loctite and anaerobic sealants to ensure long-lasting reliability and a precise fit. Robust construction is enhanced with standard heat treatment or optional MartenWear treatment for increased wear resistance.
Installation. Installation is straightforward without the need for drilling or modifications, suitable for professional enthusiasts and mechanics. Fasteners are torqued to specification to ensure secure and reliable mounting.
