High-Performance Big Brake Kit. The Brembo GT Series 6-Piston Front Big Brake Kit with 13.80-Inch 2-Piece Type 3 Slotted Rotors and Yellow Calipers is engineered to deliver superior braking force and consistent performance under demanding driving conditions. This complete axle set enhances stopping power and heat management, making it ideal for street, track, and race use where reliable and progressive brake feel is essential.
Construction and Appearance. Featuring a 6-piston cast monobloc radial mount caliper engineered for rigidity and precise piston operation, the system uses advanced high carbon alloy discs with corrosion-resistant plating. The 2-piece vented disc design includes a floating D-Bobbin mount and anti-rattle spring to reduce thermal distortion and vibration. The calipers are finished in vibrant yellow for high visibility and durability.
Installation. Designed for straightforward installation, this kit includes CNC billet caliper adapters and all necessary hardware, with pre-assembled components that simplify fitment and reduce installation time, making it accessible to both experienced professionals and skilled enthusiasts.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit the 2005-2013 Corvette C6, this brake kit excludes the Grand Sport and Z06 models to ensure compatibility with standard C6 variants only.
