Description
More Horsepower and Torque. Improve your Coyote powered Mustang's performance by installing a BBK 1-7/8 Inch Ceramic Long Tube Headers and Catted X-Pipe Combo Kit. These BBK Long Tube Headers will greatly improve your Mustang's exhaust flow over the restrictive factory manifolds and increase your Pony's rear wheel horsepower and torque. Significant increases of up to 30 rear wheel horsepower have been seen when installed with the included X-Pipe. BBK's 1-7/8 Inch Headers are recommended for use on Nitrous, Supercharged or Turbocharged applications.
Titanium Coating. These Long Tube Headers are completed in BBK's Titanium Ceramic Coating that not only looks great, but reduces under hood temperatures to help increase horsepower and extend the life of the headers. Ceramic Coated headers will long out last both chrome plated and polished headers.
Quality Construction. BBK Long Tube Exhaust headers are manufactured from 1-7/8 inch CNC mandrel bent tubing for unrestricted airflow. These Headers feature one piece laser cut 3/8 inch header flanges for additional strength, leak-free performance and a OEM fit. The headers are then finished with BBK's high-temp Titanium Ceramic Coating for good looks and to lower under hood temperatures.
Tuning Required. Installation of these BBK Long Tube Headers will require the use of a tuner to reprogram the vehicle’s computer or ECU for operation. By reprogramming your Mustang’s ECU, you can maximize the full potential that these Long Tube Headers have to offer.
BBK Catted X-Pipe Included. When upgrading to a set of BBK long tube headers you will require a BBK X-pipe for proper installation. BBK's X-pipes use a free-flowing 3-inch diameter CNC mandrel bent aluminized tubing and a merged X crossover to improve flow. The High flow catalytic converters to provide a significant horsepower increase over the restrictive stock cats.
Not CARB Certified. These BBK Long Tube Headers are not CARB certified, therefore they are not legal for use in California or other states adopting California emission standards. Not legal for use on pollution controlled motor vehicles; not intended for highway use.
