Billy Boat has combined the best of the Bullet exhaust with advanced factory technology to provide the C6/Z06, C5, and C4 Fusion Exhaust No-Drone system for your Corvette.
Utilizes the same exhaust control valve as the factory system, offering a “Dr. Jekyll” mild cruising sound and a “Mr. Hyde” aggressive Bullet exhaust tone when open.
Shortened muffler design makes the louder side even louder, delivering a tone similar to the famous Bullet system.
In the closed position, the tone is slightly louder than the standard Route 66 system.
Butterfly valve is vacuum controlled for non-NPP C6, C4, and C5 models, developed in-house.
For Z06 and 2008 C6 with NPP option, the valve is ECU-controlled, opening based on RPM and throttle position.
Produces a deeper, louder, and more aggressive tone even when closed.
