Hey, guys, Stephanie with AmericanMuscle.com here with the Ford Racing Boss Style Lower Front Fascia for 2010-2012 GT Mustangs. The Ford Racing Boss Style Lower Front Fascia is a step further than a front splitter or a spoiler as far as a change in looks. So it's gonna be for someone that's looking to change things up a little and spend a little bit of time giving their GT a facelift. This is a genuine Ford part, so it's the OEM lower front fascia that comes from the factory on the Boss and the California Special Mustangs. So, it's not like this fascia totally breaks the mold, but it is going to change the looks of the front end in a pretty big way. This is gonna replace the lower grill and the painted portion of the lower fascia of the stock GT, and give it what I call a more solid, square look that's a good deal more aggressive than the factory product fascia is. One thing that I did wanna point out here is that this is just the lower front fascia. It doesn't come with the Boss Front Splitter, although you can complete the look and add the Boss Splitter very easily to this lower front fascia.Another thing to mention here is that this fascia since it is the OEM part, does have a 2-3 inch opening for the brake duct cooling kit. You would need to pick up the Blow Fish Racing Brake Duct Cooling Kit to actually make this feature functional, and it's only going to work if you have a 2011-2012 with the factory 14 inch Brembo package. But add-ons and additional features aside, this is made from the same OEM-quality high-pressure injection molded thermal plastic, so it's gonna have that OEM grainy texture to it. A lot of exterior modifications are made from this material, or very similar materials because it's very durable and long lasting, especially for things like chin spoilers, rear balances, and splitters because this material can take the abuse of street driving and still hold up.As far as price, you're looking at spending just under $250 for the Lower Front Fascia, which considering this is an OEM upgrade, isn't a bad price. Ford Racing does offer this fascia with the fog lights. This one does not have the fog lights, but you're looking at spending about $100 more for that one. A lot of guys just leave the fog lights out, but that's gonna be completely up to you. If you're interested in the front splitter, that costs just over $150, and the brake duct cooling kit that I mentioned costs a little under $200.Next is the install. Now, this one's gonna take about three hours, but it's not really difficult. I'm gonna call it a one-out-of-three wrenches on the difficulty meter. You will need a handful of different tools, but nothing out of the ordinary, just a ratchet and a couple of different sockets, a Phillips head, and maybe some needle nose pliers. You can remove the lower front fascia. It's just a few push tabs. The new fascia comes with some metal tabs, and to get the new fascia installed, you line up the black plastic tabs with the slots in the bumper, and then just push the fascia onto the bumper cover. The fascia will click into place as long as everything's lined up, and then the metal clips will secure everything. Wrapping things up here, the Ford Racing Boss Style Lower Front Fascia is an OEM part that's made from a durable material and has a grainy, factory-like finish. It's easy to install, and it will give you the look of the Boss in a California Special Mustang. You can check it out more online right here at AmericanMuscle.com.
