Description
Performance Brake Rotor. The DBA 4000 Series XS Gold Cross Drilled and Slotted Rotor; Front is designed to improve braking performance by enhancing dust and gas evacuation from the rotor surface. Its advanced design benefits drivers seeking improved pedal feel and consistent performance under demanding road conditions.
Construction and Appearance. This rotor is cast from high carbon alloyed iron and undergoes Thermal Stability Profiling for superior heat resistance and durability. Featuring a unique gold finish on the hub, it balances aesthetics with function. The rotor's surface integrates cross drilled holes and slots alongside thermographic heat paint that changes color to aid in temperature monitoring.
Installation. Designed as a direct replacement for the front axle, installation requires no modifications or drilling. The rotor’s bi-directional use simplifies fitting, making it suitable for both left and right sides of the vehicle.
Warranty. Covered by a 12-month or 20,000-kilometer (12,000-mile) warranty.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit the 1997-2004 Corvette C5 and 2005-2013 Corvette C6 Base models.
