Description
High Performance Brake Component. The DBA 5000 Series HD Rotor Ring; Front is designed to provide superior braking performance under a variety of demanding conditions. It is a direct replacement for original brake rotors, offering enhanced thermal efficiency and reduced unsprung weight for improved vehicle handling. This rotor ring is ideal for drivers seeking durability and reliable performance on both street and track environments.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from high carbon cast iron rings combined with aerospace grade aluminium hats (T6061-T6), this two-piece rotor features a smooth plain surface finish. The rotor incorporates curved vents for optimal heat dissipation, while the aluminium hats help minimize heat transfer to wheel hubs. The non-friction areas are painted to prevent rust and maintain the rotor’s appearance.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with no drilling required, as it fits directly onto the front axle with pre-drilled holes. The two-piece design ensures ease of replacement and compatibility with left-hand configurations.
Warranty. This rotor ring comes with a 12-month or 20,000-kilometer (12,000-mile) warranty, providing assurance of its durability and quality. Application. Fits 2015–2019 Corvette C7 Grand Sport and Z06 models without the Z07 brake package, offering exact fitment for these vehicles without the need for modifications.
