Description
Aggressive Sound Performance. The Flowmaster 80 Series Offset/Offset Same-Side-Out Oval Muffler; 2.50 Inlet/2.50 Outlet is engineered to provide a bold muscle car sound with a pronounced exterior exhaust tone and noticeable interior resonance. It is specifically designed for side exit exhaust systems mounted ahead of the rear axle, enhancing both the sound and style of classic and late model muscle cars used on street or strip.
Construction and Appearance. Built from durable 16-gauge aluminized steel, this muffler features full MIG welding for enhanced strength and longevity. The high-temperature black paint finish offers a heat-resistant surface with an attractive look, ideal for performance vehicles.
Installation. The muffler includes slip-fit inlet and outlet connections that allow for clamp-on or weld-on installation options. Some adaptation may be necessary, and new hangers must be sourced separately as they are not included.
Application. Designed for universal fitment, this muffler may require some adaptation to fit specific vehicles. It is suitable for classic and late model muscle cars, as well as street/strip use, supporting side exit exhaust setups positioned in front of the rear axle.
