Description
Performance Muffler Design. The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow Center/Dual Out Oval Muffler; 2.50-Inch Inlet/2.50-Inch Outlet delivers aggressive sound along with improved exhaust scavenging. It enhances exhaust flow for street and strip use, while maintaining a milder exterior tone and reducing interior resonance.
Construction and Appearance. This muffler is crafted from 16 gauge aluminized steel and fully MIG welded to provide long-lasting strength and corrosion resistance. It is finished with high-temperature paint for a rugged, durable appearance.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with slip-fit inlet and outlet connections. This muffler requires new hangers, which are not included, and typically no drilling is necessary for proper fitment.
Application. Designed to fit universal applications, some adaptation may be required. Suitable for 4- and 6-cylinder engines, classic and late model muscle cars, street rods, street/strip vehicles, and trucks/SUVs.
