Construction and Appearance. Crafted from durable 16 gauge 409 stainless steel, this muffler is fully MIG welded to ensure strength and longevity. The black high-temperature paint finish offers excellent resistance to heat and corrosion while maintaining a sleek, professional appearance. Its oval body shape and enlarged profile are optimized for enhanced flow and sound characteristics.
Installation. Installation is moderately straightforward with slip-fit inlet and outlet connections compatible with clamp-on or weld-on mounting methods. Generally, no drilling is required; however, some adaptations may be necessary depending on the vehicle configuration.
