Description
Performance Muffler Upgrade. The Flowmaster Super 50 Series Center/Dual Out Oval Muffler with 3-inch inlet and 2.50-inch outlet delivers enhanced horsepower, torque, and engine efficiency while providing a mild exterior exhaust tone. Designed for a variety of vehicles including muscle cars, trucks, and SUVs, it reduces interior resonance and produces a deep, rich sound ideal for both street and strip use.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed of 16-gauge 409 stainless steel with full MIG welding, this muffler is durable and long-lasting. It features a high-temperature paint finish to protect against heat and corrosion, and its oval shape complements vehicle aesthetics while optimizing exhaust flow.
Installation. Designed for slip-fit clamp-on or weld-on installation, the muffler requires basic mechanical skills with no drilling necessary. It uses new hangers which are not included, ensuring a secure fit with some minor adaptation.
Application. This muffler is universally designed; some adaptation may be required for fitment. It suits 4 and 6-cylinder engines across classic and late-model muscle cars, street rods, street/strip vehicles, as well as trucks and SUVs.
