Description
Performance Muffler. The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow Center/Center Oval Muffler; 2.50-Inch Inlet/2.50-Inch Outlet is engineered to deliver aggressive sound and enhanced exhaust flow for street and strip applications. It optimizes exhaust scavenging to improve engine performance while producing a distinct, aggressive tone that reduces interior resonance.
Construction and Appearance. Made from durable 16 gauge aluminized steel, this muffler is fully MIG welded for maximum durability. It features a high-temperature black paint finish designed to resist harsh conditions and maintain a sleek appearance.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with a slip-fit inlet connection that supports clamp-on or weld-on mounting. Some adaptation may be required. New hangers must be used as they are not included.
Application. This muffler fits a wide range of vehicles, including 4 and 6 cylinder engines, classic and late model muscle cars, street rods, street/strip vehicles, and trucks/SUVs; some adaptation may be necessary.
