Description

The Flowmaster 60 Series Delta Flow Center/Center Oval Muffler with 2.25-inch inlet and outlet provides a moderate sound level optimized for improved power and throttle response. It is especially designed for smaller displacement 4 and 6-cylinder engines. This muffler employs advanced Delta Flow technology to promote efficient exhaust flow while delivering a mellow tone that enhances the driving experience both inside and outside the vehicle.
Construction and Appearance. Built from durable 16-gauge aluminized steel and fully MIG welded, this muffler is designed for long-lasting performance. It is coated with high-temperature black paint that resists heat and corrosion, ensuring a clean, street-performance-ready appearance.
Installation. Installation requires basic mechanical skills and features slip-fit connections at both inlet and outlet for easier installation without the need for drilling. Proper mounting requires new hangers, which are sold separately.
Application. This muffler is designed for universal fitment but may require some adaptation depending on vehicle and mounting configuration. It is intended for non-reversible, rear-mount use on 4 and 6-cylinder engines, typical of smaller displacement vehicles.
