The Flowmaster Super 40 Series Center/Center Oval Muffler with 3-Inch Inlet/3-Inch Outlet delivers powerful aggressive exhaust sound while providing excellent performance for high horsepower engines. Designed for street and strip applications, it enhances exhaust flow and reduces interior resonance, striking a balance between sound and functionality.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed from durable 16 gauge aluminized steel, this muffler features full MIG welds to ensure long-lasting strength and reliability. The matte black high-temperature paint finish provides resistance to heat and corrosion, maintaining an appealing look through extended use.

      Installation. Installation requires moderate adaptation as it is a universal fit muffler; no complex welding or drilling is generally needed due to its clamp-on and weld-on inlet design. New hangers must be used and are not included in the package.

      Application. Fits universal applications with some adaptation needed, suitable for various 4 and 6-cylinder, classic and late model muscle cars, street rods, street/strip vehicles, and trucks/SUVs requiring a 3-inch center inlet and outlet.
