      Description

      Turbo-Ready Exhaust Power. The Flowtech 1-7/8-Inch LS Turbo Headers are purpose-built for high-performance LS turbo applications where space is limited and airflow is critical. Designed with a compact layout that supports up/forward, down/forward, or down/back configurations, these headers provide the flexibility needed for engine swaps, custom turbo builds, and high-boost street or track cars. They offer smooth exhaust flow and optimal scavenging for serious horsepower gains.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed from heavy-duty 16-gauge 409 stainless steel, these headers are built to endure the heat and pressure of turbocharged environments. The CNC mandrel-bent tubes ensure precise, unrestricted flow, while the ceramic coated finish offers superior thermal resistance and long-term durability. A 3-inch collector maximizes exhaust velocity, and the 7/16-inch thick header flange provides a strong, leak-free seal under extreme conditions.

      Installation. Installation is rated as hard and generally requires custom fabrication or modification, depending on vehicle layout. These headers are designed for universal applications, making them ideal for experienced builders and professional setups.
