    Complete Kit. The Ford Racing 5.0L Camshaft Drive Kit includes Tensioner Arms, Chain Guides, Primary and Secondary Timing Chains, Secondary Timing Chain Tensioners, Camshaft Sprockets, Spacers, Bolts and Washers, Crankshaft Sprocket, Crank Position Trigger Wheel, Dowel Pin and Fasteners.

      Most bang for your buck!!!!

      This is a great kit to replace your old timing components. Furthermore, all the phasers were individually bubble wrapped and everything else was packaged really well inside the box. Needless to say, in order to complete this job you will need to purchase a crankshaft bolt, water pump bolts, and front timing cover bolts because these bolts are torqued to yield. In addition, in order to reinstall the harmonic balancer you can rent this OEM/Long reach harmonic balancer / pulley installer kit Part Number: 24442 from Auto Zone... Lastly, I was able to install this kit in my garage by myself with the Chilton's manual....

      Great kit

      This kit had everything needed for a proper job. Needless to say, you do need a crankshaft turning tool (the black tool with a flat handle) and a wide breaker bar, using the bolt to turn it is not fun. Buy an s197 5.0 work manual pdf from eBay $14 they email it same day. Getting your Ac belt out use a flat or bent ply tool under the belt on the Ac compressor side then turn your crank counter clockwise. To install back, fit it completely on the Ac compressor, fit it far as you can on the pulley from the top, zip tie it around the pulley so it stays where you’re holding it then turn the crank clockwise till it wraps back around. Remember to use a 4 ton 3 jaw pulley anything less than a 4 ton will break

      Timing chain Upgrade

      I used this kit during a op gear replacement and it fits perfect. Definitely worth the insurance of new parts while it's already off.
