More Power! The Coyote powered S550 GT Mustangs came with an awesome 435 Horsepower and 400 lb/ft of Torque from the factory, but after installing a Hellion Twin Turbo Tuner Kit, you'll be planting a ground pounding 500 to 1200 Horsepower to the pavement (depending on custom tuning and fuel upgrades).

55mm or 62mm Turbos. This Hellion Twin Turbo Tuner Kit features your choice of two Precision 55mm or 62mm Turbos. The 55mm "Quick Spool" Turbos are perfect for use with stock engines and provide virtually no turbo lag - ideal for street driven daily drivers. The 62mm turbo option will have more lag than the 55m turbos, but can support well over 1200 rwhp on a properly built engine.

Tuner Kit. The Hellion Mustang Twin Turbo Kit comes with (2) Precision 55mm Turbos, (2) Turbosmart 40mm Wastegates, (2) Turbosmart VEE port bypass valves, a large vertical flow dual inlet intercooler and all the required parts and hardware needed to upgrade your mild manner pony to a wild snarling beast. Custom dyno tuning is required for operation. Does not include injectors or programmer.

No Cutting Required. Designed to install under the stock hood with no cutting required, this Hellion Turbo system retains all the factory accessories including air conditioning for complete driver comfort.

Application. This Hellion Twin Turbo Tuner Kit is specifically designed for use on the 2015-2017 GT Mustangs equipped with the Coyote 4V 5.0L V8 engine. - Please select turbo size from options listed above.

I have a 2017 GT ,can I can retain the strut brace with this kit?

  • The strut tower brace would still be able to fit with this kit installed. We do currently have two customer submitted photos of their set up with the stock strut tower brace installed still!

I have a 09 gt that I am going to do a coyote swap and the hellion twin turbo tuner kit, I want to be in the 900-1100HP range. Which coyote motor would you suggest for the swap, I was looking at the lower compression aluminator. Would this be the best engine to get me headed in the right direction? Or should I go with one of the other engines? I know im going to need to change injectors and fuel system, I have been over thinking the engine issue though... Thanks in advance.

  • The best engine to start with to make that kind of power would be the aluminator low compression engine, this will allow the ability to run boost as well as having built internals to handle higher amounts of horsepower. If going over 1000HP I would consider taking a look at the internals and possibly revising to use even stronger materials.

    Twin Turbo FTW!

    First off I know there are more than 5 turbo kits currently for the S550. I could've chose any of those but narrowed by kit choice down by bang for the buck, proven track record, and overall wow factor when I open the hood. For the most part this kit went together almost flawlessly. As with any aftermarket product of this magnitude, some adjustment and some personal changes were made to suite my meticulousness. Really the only complaint I would have is the lack of detail and thoroughness in the instructions. I do all of my own work, so if you plan on the install yourself, I would recommend having some mechanical aptitude. You can't go wrong with the quality of this kit.
