Description
Maintain Peak Performance. Keep your Mustang at peak performance levels with the J&L V3.0 Passenger Side Black Oil Separator. This oil separator is designed to trap any vaporized oil included when crankcase pressure is vented back into your engine. By doing so, this component greatly eliminates the chances of potentially damaging sludge from accumulating in your engine. Moreover, this component features an all-black look to give your engine a bit of style.
Specialized Design. At the heart of this passenger side oil separator is a unique filtration system composed of a stainless steel mesh and an aluminum honeycomb filter. This system works by trapping the oil vapors included when your engine vents its crankcase pressure. These oil vapors will eventually condense and settle onto the bottom of the catch can and remain there till it gets dumped. Additionally, the catch can features a 3-ounce capacity which is good for more or less 3,000 miles before it requires emptying.
Wear-Resistant Build Quality. The oil separator assembly features components that are CNC-machined from superior quality aluminum alloy. This construction makes this separator quite durable and lightweight. Knurlings are then added to the base of the catch can, allowing convenient opening even when greasy. Finally, this assembly receives a black anodized finish for corrosion protection and awesome under-the-hood-looks.
No-Nonsense Installation. This J&L V3.0 oil separator is installed into your Mustang using preexisting locations. No drilling or other modifications to your vehicle are necessary. Moreover, installation is completed using just standard hand tools.
Includes a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This J&L V3.0 oil separator includes a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Please visit the manufacturer’s website for more details.
CARB Certification Pending. The J&L V3.0 Passenger Side Black Oil Separator is not available for sale in California and other states that have adopted California’s air emissions standards. Please check local regulations for permitted applications of this product.
