Description
Mid-Range Performance Camshaft. The Kelford Cams LS Series 226/232 Camshaft; 0.600-Inch Lift is designed to enhance mid-range throttle response for LS engines equipped with rectangle port heads. It provides strong power delivery where mid-range RPM performance is critical, making it ideal for applications focusing on improved mid-range responsiveness while accepting a characteristic rough idle.
Construction. This camshaft is precision ground to meet performance specifications with a focus on accurate valve timing and lift characteristics suited for mid-range power delivery.
Installation. Installation requires a good understanding of LS engine components. No additional drilling or modifications to the block are necessary. A recommended valve spring upgrade is advised to properly handle the cam profile and ensure reliable operation. Proper setup of valve springs and timing components is essential to maximize performance and durability.
