        Rear Shocks

I just had the front struts installed by a shop, but I installed the rear shocks on my own. It's super easy and only took about one hour total (and that included removing all the trunk liner pieces). It definitely feels and handles better than before. I am pretty sure the rear shocks I took off my mustang where the originals (from 2001), so it was a long overdue upgrade for my Bullitt.

5 2002 GT - WSNUSMC Installation Time: Less than 1 Hour

Our 02 GT only has 71k miles but those front struts needed replaced. Already having Koni shocks on the rear, it was a no brainer. Car is 10 times smoother and handles much better than the worn out factory struts.

        Awesome Struts

These aren't the adjustable ones I typically get, but they are solid and come with a great balance for driveability. I can still corner hard but not feel every rock or bump I go over.

5 2001 GT - RobB Installation Time: Shop Install Installation Cost: $250-$500

        Great ride

Reasonable shipping and product has done well with handling improvements. Old shocks were stock from 2001 so needless to say it was going to be an improvement. Install included rear shocks and alignment.

The Koni front shocks are a great product. Makes my 03 GT ride and handle better. But the shipping was not as enjoyable. Struts boxes was missing the hard ware to install struts AM is a good place to buy parts for your mustang. Hope they address the shipping.

5 1994 GT - yelopony Installation Time: Less than 1 Hour

        Much improved ride and handling

1994 mustang was still riding on original struts and shocks. A new set of Koni shocks and struts set it straight and back to what it should be.

        Great replacement for Stock struts

It got these to replace my 17 year old oem struts, and they are a significant improvement over my old ones. It feels like my car is on tracks. Only thing I didn't like about them is they didn't come with new top hats. Installed the 2 struts in the front and 2 rears on jack stands in about 4 hours I am a professional Mechanic though so it might take longer.

        2 2003 Mach 1 - TylorD

        Bad shipment...

I bought these struts hoping to install them by the weekend. To my surprise they came a day early, but when they arrived the box’s they came in were so badly beaten up that the struts basically fell out when I tipped them over. The struts were dirty, and the plastic cap that came on them were all cracked, and the stop nut that goes on top of one of the struts was missing from the whole that was on the side of the box. I don’t know if they send out all of them like that, but definitely won’t be buying anymore Koni parts at least from American Muscle.
