      Description

      Maximum Flow in a Tight Package. These Kooks Super Street Shorty Headers deliver race-inspired airflow improvements in a compact form that tucks under the C8’s stock engine cover. The 1-7/8-Inch primary tubes merge smoothly into high-flow collectors, reducing backpressure and boosting torque and midrange power. Ceramic coating minimizes underhood temperatures, enhancing downstream component longevity and preventing performance loss from heat soak.

      Race-Proven, Show-Quality Construction. Mandrel bending ensures uniform tube diameter and smooth airflow, while CNC-machined flanges guarantee leak-free head mating. The multi-layer ceramic coat withstands 1,500 Fahrenheit exhaust gases and repels rust. Each set is pressure-tested to verify integrity before leaving the factory.

      Installation. Remove factory manifolds, install supplied gaskets, set shorty headers onto cylinder-head flanges, hand-tighten bolts, then torque to specification. Reinstall heat shields and reconnect Oâ‚‚ sensors and exhaust pipes using the provided adapter.

      Application. The Kooks 1-7/8-Inch Super Street Shorty Headers fit 2020–2026 Corvette C8 models, excluding the Z06 variant.
