      Description

      Menacing Sound Upgrade. Take your Chevy Camaro’s attitude to the next level when you equip it with the Mishimoto Race Axle-Back Exhaust with Dual Polished Tips. This axle-back exhaust gives you a sound that starts out as a bass-heavy rumble upon ignition before building up to a menacing guttural roar during acceleration. Meanwhile, this new sound is actually quite tame and completely drone-free when heard from inside your ride. This means you can still carry on a conversation as you’re accelerating down the highway.

      Elevated Power and Torque. Not only will you get a new exhaust sound when you upgrade to this axle-back, you’ll also receive elevated performance. This is accomplished by this system’s free-flowing exhaust plumbing that’s designed to increase exhaust gas velocity. This in turn permits your engine to breathe more efficiently, giving you a boost in horsepower and torque. Additionally, this system deletes your suitcase-style factory muffler, reducing your vehicle’s weight. As a result, you won’t have any problems running your Camaro more efficiently.

      Heavy-Grade Stainless Steel Build Quality. This Mishimoto axle-back exhaust is made from premium 3-inch wide 304 stainless steel tubes, offering exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. Moreover, these tubes are fully mandrel-bent before being expertly TIG-welded. This construction gives you an assembly that’s extremely rigid and free from turbulence-producing areas along its inner surface. Finally, this component employs 4-inch wide slant cut exhaust tips that have been polished to a near mirror finish for a classy style.

      No-Frills Install Procedure. Installing this axle-back exhaust will require you to cut out the factory exhaust near its muffler location. Other than this step, installation is a relatively no-frills procedure that’s accomplished using standard hand tools and the included hardware.
