      Description

      High-Strength Axle Upgrade. The Ford 8.80-Inch C-Clip Axles are engineered for performance and durability, making them an ideal replacement for worn or damaged OEM units. With a 31-spline design and premium alloy steel construction, these axles are optimized for both street and track use.

      Construction and Appearance. Forged from modified 1550 premium alloy steel, these axles are induction hardened to Rc 62 for exceptional torsional strength. Precision finish machining after heat treatment ensures accuracy, while the dual 4.5-inch bolt circles accommodate both OEM press-in and screw-in studs. They accept factory reluctor rings, bearings, seals, and clips for seamless integration.

      Installation. Installation is moderately difficult and may require specialized tools for bearing and seal installation. Designed as a direct-fit upgrade for 8.8-inch rear ends, they offer improved performance over stock components.

      Warranty. Backed by a one-year limited warranty, these axles deliver long-lasting reliability.

      Application. The Ford 8.80-Inch C-Clip Axles fit 1999-2004 Mustang GT and Mach 1 models.
