Will not work with H.I.D Lighting
Can I request to change the colour to red or other?
These would only be a white color and can not be changed.
Does this only Light up white or multiple colors?
This halo will only light up in white.
Is it possible to install the halo in GT's foglights? I think it will be really cool if I can put this into the foglights. Is this possible?
Rather than taking apart your stock fogs, you could purchase Halo Fog Lights, which will save you a little money and the hassle of trying to custom fit these into fog lights since they are intended for the headlights. I've included two different kinds, chrome and smoked, below for you to take a look. Please give us a call if you have any questions!
Used with foglights? I ahve the 2013 GT, wondering if they could be fitted to the fog lights.. If not, would they work with the 2013 head light projectors?
Unfortunately this Oracle Halo Headlight Conversion Kit - White (10-12 All) will only work on the headlights of a 2010 to 2012 Mustang.
How good is the visibility at night? Was thinking about getting halo-style headlights but at the same time worried about nighttime visibility when compared to stock. I'm looking for that slick styling while still keeping safe on the road. Thanks for any input!
This is not a headlight replacement. It's a LED Halo Ring that fits around the inner housing inside the headlight. It is only an LED ring, not an actual Halogen/HID combination. Read my review to find out more information on what it takes to install the product.
Yes. The chrome LED strip installs on the outside of the headlamp. The halo strip installs on the inside. However you may have issues with exceeding the fuse and wiring capacity if the two products are run off the parking lamp circuit. Check the load of the strips and the lamp prior to installing both of them on this circuit, or run a separate circuit for the LED lights with a relay controlled by the parking lamp circuit.

Very hard to install
2011+ mustang have a very strong adhesive used to seal headlight housing. Warning: You have to remove headlight housing. I used an oven to remove housing. Wouldnt work at all. Used youtube video. People had no problems with Oven to remove headlight but not for newer mustangs. I used head gun for 2 hrs on each headlight with help of a friend. I don't think its work the hassle. But you got to do what you got to do. I love mine. Makes my car look like the devil day or night

Tough project
I didn't install these - my dealer did. They said it was a difficult job to do, although they do a fair number of them. It also means splitting the headlight assembly, so fogging and moisture issues will happen. Happily, this is more of a project car, so it will probably never go out in the kind of conditions that would trigger a problem. A fully sealed unit that uses these bigger stock headlights would be the A plan. There are sealed units at twice the price, but they use the smaller projector bulbs. Those look OK, but the bigger headlights look better to me.

Oracle Halo Conversion Kit!
I really like the aggressive look of the halo! It is pure muscle and you don't have to worry about changing the whole headlight.

Cool, just not worth it.
The overall look of the headlights is great, however the halos were not the right shape and the sticky tape on the back was not enough to hold the halos in place. The installation was a nightmare and I would not do it again if I had a choice. I am a professional mechanic and this was still a very tough job. I was going to spend more and buy the whole new housing and that's what I wish I would have done. The worst part about the whole process was melting the glue and separating the housing. I used the oven and heated it up you still have to pry them out and it damages the housing. Plus all the left over glue is impossible to get off. I scraped for about two hours and then decided to go buy RTV silicone and reseal it that way. The whole process took me about 6 hours. I would not do this again, even if I was getting paid to do it.

Looks Fantastic! Pain to Install.
First off, a word of warning. This project is not for the feint of heart but it looks great once it is installed though! Be prepared to cringe as you separate your headlights from the seals. It took me a few attempts to finally pry the clear protective layer off to get to the core to install the halos. I had to place in the oven, warm it up, pry a little and repeat for each lens. Take your time and pry slowly and don't be in a rush. Plan a full day to work on this project. Pros: It looks great once it's installed and I was turning heads going down the streets and stopping at lights and various locations. I suggest tying in to the park lights unless installing a toggle is your thing. Taking off the front bumper was a cinch. Cons: Lengthy as heck installation. After you finally pry the lens off and install the halo's, then you have to reseal it and wait a few hours for the seal to dry. The worst part was prying open the lens. It was smooth sailing after that. The halo is just a tad smaller than the ring of the housing, but I think it was intentional. A slight tug will bend it in place. Once the halo is set, use a small amount of superglue around the halo to secure it from ever falling off from heat or rattles. Wiring Hint: If installing to park lights, the red wire connects to the purple and white stripe middle wire and the ground wire(black wire) connects to the black wire with white'ish stripe. This will cause them to always be on as log as the park lights/headlights are on and will not blink when using turning signal. Plus it looks great when you unlock your car and the lights illuminate prior to starting the car. Heating Headlight Hint: Heat oven to 225 degrees. Place light evenly between top and bottom elements on the oven grills. Heat for 10 minutes. Take out with insulated gloves. Slowly use a medium to large flat head screwdriver to pry the clear lens from the housing. Re-installing Clear Lens: Make sure to remove prior seals on the clear lens and the housing or you will have a rough time placing the clear lens in the housing when re-sealing. All in all a fantastic product. The LED's are super bright and I love how big the halo is compared to the smaller halo on the projector style lights that are so popular. It was definitely worth the time and patience in the end! These match very well with my Nitro Blue 6000k Halogen bulbs, nearly the same color. Be prepared for stares and comments :) I submitted images and do not know if they will be posted. White mustang with black outer hood stripes and deleted grille..

Visually striking...
After installation, the lights are highly visible and look great. They help to add a unique appearance to your car. The installation is lengthy and not recommended as a DIY unless you are patient and adventurous. Something I noted about the fit was that it did not match the headlight diameter perfectly, and there wasn't much in the way of a mounting surface as the lights are configured. Also the manufacturer did not provide any instructions in the box, and on the website the installation video is unclear and can lead to damage to the headlight. Overall, a great idea and a great product for the price.
