The grill looks sharp once installed. Had to work on the upper grill to get it to fit properly. Had to cut about 1/2 inch off each side of the upper bar to fit the opening properly. Lower grill fit perfectly. The directions included with the kit are poor. Once the nose piece is removed, stop following the directions. Just cut the old inner grill section out from the back. Don't try working with the tabs, you can not get them apart without cracking the plastic, so don't waste your time trying. Just cut the tabs off the old section, and slide the old section out. The new grill has four tabs for mounting. The lower tabs attached with the hardware provided. I had to use longer screws than provided to attach the upper tabs, they just seem to hang out in space. The lower grill went in easily. This is a very do-able project, just be prepared to do a little tweaking. The nose section went back on perfectly, the whole thing looks like it came from the factory. Everyone has positive comments on the grill.
