The stock GT Mustang came with a respectable 300 Horsepower and 320 lb/ft of Torque from the factory, but after installation a ProCharger-equipped 4.6L Mustang can make 70-75% more horsepower at the flywheel. Thanks to the industry's coolest charge air temperatures, the unmatched power gains are delivered with maximum reliability and everyday drivability.

    High Capacity Intercooler. If you have the desire to continue modding your Mustang even after adding a ProCharger Supercharger, then this is the Kit for you. The 3-core air-to-air intercooler included with the Stage II Kit has a higher capacity than the High Output (HO) Kit. This Stage II kit will accommodate additional modifications as you continue to transform your Mustang into the highest horsepower beast possible.

    Complete Kit. The ProCharger Stage II Intercooled System comes 100% complete, and includes ProCharger self-contained supercharger, air-to-air intercooler, intercooler tubing, brackets, 39 lb/hr fuel injectors, ProFlow bypass valve and a computer programmer.

    Application. This ProCharger Stage II Intercooled Supercharger System is specifically designed for use on the 2005 to 2009 GT Mustang equipped with the 3 valve 4.6L modular engine.

    Technical Note. This Complete Supercharger Kit is designed to be used on stock applications, as Procharger will only provide a tune for the stock motor with stock exhaust or most aftermarket axle-back and cat-back exhaust systems. If your vehicle is no longer stock and has been upgraded with an aftermarket throttle body, cold air intake, headers, off-road mid-pipe, etc..., Procharger will not be able to provide a tune for your modifications. For modified vehicles, it would be best to purchase a Tuner Supercharger Kit so you can have a local Dyno Shop custom tune your vehicle with your aftermarket upgrades.

    Is this charger better than


    • It really comes down to personal preference honestly. The first thing that is different is that the ProCharger is a Centrifugal style supercharger which will have you relocate where your cold air intake is whereas the Roush supercharger is a Root style which will install where the intake manifold is located leaving you to not reposition anything besides the cold air inlet tube and throttle body. Secondly, the ProCharger will (with a tune) gain you between 70-75% HP (between 510-525 HP) and the Roush is rated at around 550HP. Both of the superchargers will come with reprogramming. ProCharger will include their own programmer and Roush has a PCM Flash Voucher card which can be used to rewrite over 200% lines of code within your cars computer over the competition. Lastly, price and installation time. While the Roush is more expensive than the ProCharger it is also an easier install than the ProCharger. As always with superchargers, mechanical expertise is required and you can expect the installation time to last about a full day to have it completed.

    • Diablosport Predator tuner. The tunes come preloaded from ATI.

    Intake tube vs Strut Tower brace Will strut tower braces clear the intake tube/filter above the valve cover?

    Will this procharger work with a automatic transmission


    • Yes, this kit will work with either a manual or automatic transmission.

    What would be in the way of putting this on a 2010? With some fabricating could it be done? What exactly would need to be done?


    • This procharger kit is designed for the 05-09 GT models only and unfortunately will not fit a 2010 GT. With that being said, we do offer a procharger kit that will work with the 2010 which can be found here:

    What is the difference between the stange one and two?


    • The Procharger Stage II Intercooled Supercharger System will use an independent belt for the supercharger, Whereas the H.O. Kit will utilize the same serpentine belt that drives all of your other accessories, such as the alternator and A/C compressor. The Stage II will allow for better belt wrap, ensuring more consistent boost, especially with smaller pulleys to push more boost.

      The Hulk of Superchargers

      If you want your Mustang to become the Hulk when its angry, then this is the kit for you. Drives well for daily to and from. Then, it becomes the Hulk on the track.

      I bought a lot used from someone. It's a little older with a different procharger however, it's self-contained and has about the same specs as the p1sc. I has LT, jlt intake, and cams and put down 346 to the wheel. With the procharger I'm running 538 to the wheel on 10psi.

      went from 276rwhp to 432rwhp...the blow off valve sounds amazing!! had to make some room for the new air intake but fits snug.
