Description
Great Driveability. Having a ton of horsepower is great but if you can't get it to the rear wheels of your Mustang it doesn't do much good. Being able to engage your gears quickly and easily will improve performance and drivability but that clutch needs to be able to handle the bigger power. The RAM Metallic Concept 10.5 Dual Disc Clutch can handle that power with ease and being a dual disc system, made from billet steel, it has the holding power you need without all the heavy pedal feel and effort.
Better Than OEM Quality. RAM clutches use a heavy billet diaphragm pressure plate that can handle the forces of your transmission without warping. A low profile cover and billet steel pressure ring allow this clutch to take punishment and fit any number of situations and fitments. A static pressure load of 2500 pounds is driver friendly and with the strap driven floater plate it is quiet as well.
Installation Notes. Your clutch is a critical system to your drivetrain and you should be comfortable working on such systems before attempting a replacement or repair. Proper tools and equipment are vital to ensure a proper and safe installation. IF you do not have the expertise or you do not have the tools and equipment then it is recommended that you take this part to a certified professional and have them conduct the repairs for you.
