Features, Description, Q&A, Specs & Installation
Widebody Upgrade. The Robot Bodykits Dusk Widebody Kit; Unpainted/Partial Carbon is a comprehensive exterior modification designed to enhance the visual impact and stance of the Ford Mustang. This kit widens the bodywork, allowing for wider wheels and tires, improving both aesthetics and performance potential. It is intended for enthusiasts aiming to significantly elevate their Mustang’s presence on the road or track.
Construction and Appearance. The kit is primarily manufactured from Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP), offering durability and a lightweight structure. Partial carbon fiber components are available to enhance strength and reduce weight further. The parts are supplied unpainted, featuring a smooth raw surface suitable for professional finishing. The kit encompasses front and rear bumpers, widebody arches, side skirts, and diffuser elements.
Installation. Installation is moderately complex and recommended to be carried out by professional installers experienced in body kit fitting. Some drilling and modification are required, including adjustments to the exhaust system and repositioning of rear lighting components to accommodate the kit’s design.
Application. This widebody kit is specifically engineered to fit the 2015 to 2017 Ford Mustang Fastback models, excluding the GT350 variant, due to design and fitment differences unique to the GT350.
