Unleash 205 More Horses. The stock 2011-2014 5.0L 4V Coyote Mustangs come with an awesome 420 Horsepower and 390 lb/ft of Torque from the factory, but with a Roush R2300 Phase 2 kit installed the numbers jump to an astounding 625 horsepower and 525 lb-ft of torque; that's 205 more than stock.

Monstrous blower kit, Roush style. This complete package transforms your GT into a track-shredding beast. Kit comes complete with a R23300 Supercharger with black finish, upper and lower intake manifolds, an air-to-water intercooler, a low temp radiator, an oversized coolant degas bottle, a cold air intake system with 110mm MAF, a twin 60mm electronic throttle body with matching spacer, a 85mm supercharger pulley and a unique fuel rail with 47 lb/hr fuel injectors.

New High-flow Technology. The ROUSH Phase 2 R2300 supercharger features Eaton's new cutting edge Twin Vortices Series technology (TVS) rotating assembly that delivers more power and better fuel economy in a smaller package for uncompromising performance. This a roots-type, positive displacement supercharger features twin four-lobe rotors that are twisted 160-degrees to greatly enhance thermal efficiency, enabling higher volume capacity, and higher operational speeds.

Upgraded ROUSH PCM calibration. ROUSH® PCM calibration is a success of engineering that maximizes the power of the system. ROUSHcharger owners will receive a ROUSH® PCM Flash Voucher Card, which is used to obtain the specific calibration needed for your Mustang and requires ROUSH Diagnostic Tool (RDT) software and a J2534 Pass-Through device to upgrade your PCM (software and pass-through device not included).

Roush Performance quality - guaranteed. Roush is known for a rich tradition of excellent racing performance engineering at the highest level of OEM quality and design. This Supercharger kit features a limited 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty.

Application. This Roush R2300 625HP Phase 2 Supercharger Kit is specifically designed for use on the 2011 to 2014 GT Mustang equipped with the all new 5.0L 4V Coyote engine. Fits both automatic and manual transmissions. Does not fit BOSS 302 models. NOT approved for sale or installation in the state of California.

Installation Do you need to have the phase 1 kit install first before you install the phase 2 or can you just go straight to phase 2 on a stock 5.0 gt

I read that this kit does work with the SCT Tuner. Is this correct? If i install this, is my car derivable to the tuning shop?


  • Roush R2300 625HP Supercharger - Phase 2 Kit comes with a tune voucher. You have to take it to a dealer and have it tuned before you drive your mustang. You will not be able to drive until it is tuned.

Since the 2012-13 Boss 302 and GT motors are physically the same why does the ad state that this will not fit the Boss 302? Thank you


  • There are quite a few differences between the Boss 302 motor, and the GT motor that would prevent the Roush R2300 625HP Supercharger from working with the Boss 302. The Boss 302 has a different Intake manifold, Upgraded Internals and Rotating Assembly, Larger Radiator, and Oil Cooler. Physically, the supercharger kit would not fit, and the provided tune would not work with the Boss 302, as it is calibrated for the standard GT.

Will this kit require you to put in forged internals unlike the stage one kit?


  • You will not need forged internals with this kit on your car as long as you are running normal boost pressures!

I have a 2013 Ford Mustang GT Premium. I want to purchase this kit but am worried about what else I will need to replace. How does the rear end and transmission handle the additional power? What else needs to be replaced that is not included in this kit? Thank you!


  • This is a complete kit, so nothing would be needed on top of what this kit offers. Your stock engine and transmission will be fine but it would be worth looking into upgrading if you decided to continue to build on top of this supercharger.

    I had this installed in my 2014 GT and could not be more pleased. The power is carried through all gears and works great as a daily driver. With this supercharger and Borla's S-Type catback exhaust, my car now sounds and performs like a BEAST!! DYNO results were 574 HP and 444 TQ to the wheels. Recommend this supercharger for anyone looking to make your stand a screaming pony!

    Awesome Power!!

    Installed this TVS R2300 on my 2012 GT and the first words that came to mind after a test drive was AWESOME!! This twin screw blower makes fantastic power with my Coyote motor! If your thinking about getting a Supercharger for your S197 - think no more as this is a SOLID upgrade that will blow your mind! I'm at Phase II and I'm at 605RWHP and can spin my rear wheels at 70 mph in 4th!!! Love this Supercharger and it will hold the value due to it being ROUSH!! Fantastic upgrade and I promise you that you will love your GT even more once you install this blower and stred some tires!!! Every cars show I attend people are asking me questions and taking pictures of my engine compartment! This is a SOLID upgrade for POWER!!! GReat job AM and ROUSH for a GREAT product! Very PLEASED with this investment in my power mods!!!

    Super Fast...

    I added the Roush Phase 2 on my 2014 auto. I had the Ford dealership do it, plus I got the three year warranty. The car launches incredibly fast, sounds like a race car with the Roush axelback. The only drawback is the stock suspension has a hard time handling all that power. When you floor it you better hold that steering wheel tight!

    Roush and American Muacle hit a home run

    Wow, the end result are night and day!! Much more power than most streets can hold. The car keeps pulling and pulling but you don't loose drivability on the street. The install wasn't bad at all. The de pinning and grinding of timing cover take some time but nothing to be afraid of. I recommend downloading the instructions. The printed ones are hard to see pics in some spots. I also love how everything looks OEM. Can't beat the look and performance of this kit. To top it all off Amercian muscles priceing and service was top not as always.

    Feels like Mad Max!@#$/

    First thanks AM for the good price and thanks to Roush for a great product. The kit is very high quality. The instructions take you by the hand. I installed it myself in a couple weekends. Was it easy? NO. What it hard? NO. It's doable if you have the desire. Then again I'm a mech. As far as performance. I love it... Very drivable at an easy pace. But when you punch it make sure you're pointing in the right direction. Great fun.

    Love it

    First, if you are going to go this route? Have the folks at Roush do the install. SUPER bunch of guys w/excellent service and the experience to do it right! The power difference is awesome at higher rpms and going from 65-130 is mind blowing. Highly recommend the kit and a Roush install.

    Best upgrade EVER!!!

    This is an awesomely amazing upgrade. So much power, it really transformed the car! At the same time I did this I added Brembo brakes - figured going fast necessitated stopping fats as well! Have not had the car dyno'd yet but I have no reason to believe the HP gains are anything but true.
