Description

It is designed for easy installation without modifying the vehicle, making it an effective upgrade for performance enthusiasts seeking improved engine breathing.

Construction and Appearance. This air filter features 100% synthetic filtration media known as Synteq, which consists of extremely uniform and fine fibers that allow superior airflow and particle filtration compared to conventional cotton or oiled-cotton filters. The filter is visually distinct with a unique "Blackwing" design and includes a color-changing flow indicator to signal when cleaning is needed.

Installation. Installation is straightforward, requiring only basic hand tools and approximately one hour to complete. No drilling or permanent vehicle modifications are necessary, making this a convenient bolt-on upgrade.

Application. This filter is specifically designed to fit the 2001 through 2004 Corvette C5 models.
