Construction and Appearance. The cylinder head is cast from high-quality aluminum using a gravity casting process that ensures uniformity and strength in the metal. It features a natural aluminum finish without additional coatings. The integration of bronze valve guides and ductile iron valve seats machined to a precise 3-angle design guarantees durability and improved valve sealing.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill; the head comes bare and unassembled, so additional machining and assembly of valves and related components are necessary before installation. No drilling or modifications to bolt holes are required, as accessory bolt holes are factory drilled.
