Description
Performance Brake Upgrade. The Stifflers Stainless Steel Brake Hose Kit in Green is a precision-engineered upgrade designed to replace factory rubber brake lines that expand over time. This upgrade ensures firmer, more consistent braking performance suited for both daily driving and high-performance conditions.
Construction and Appearance. Brake hoses are constructed from aircraft-grade PTFE (Teflon) with stainless steel braiding and wrapped in a protective PVC covering to resist wear and damage. The kit includes new mounting hardware and is available in multiple color options to enhance durability and visual appeal.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling. It is recommended to use Brembo LCF 600 or Motul RBF 600 brake fluid along with a Motive Power Bleeder to simplify the brake bleeding process. Banjo bolts should be torqued to 13 ft/lbs for secure installation.
Warranty. This product comes with a lifetime guarantee, providing long-term assurance of quality and reliability.
Application. Specifically designed and tested to fit the 2007-2014 Mustang GT500, including models with Bilstein and non-Bilstein suspensions and six-piston Brembo calipers.
