    Features & Details

    • Eliminates Annoying Dash Light
    • Easily Switch Between Winter and Summer Rims.
    • Includes 4 TPMS Sensors and Syncing Tool.
    • Designed for All 2010-2014 Mustangs.
Turns Off Dash Light. Your Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) alerts you when the pressure drops to an unsafe limit. This a great safety feature, but if you plan on upgrading to a new set of rims you will need to install new sensors in your new wheels, if not you will have an annoying dash light constantly reminding you that your sensors are missing. This TPMS Full Mounting/Balancing Kit makes it possible to install new sensors into your new rims and sync them to your cars computer - eliminating that annoying dash light.

TPMS Transmitter Tool. The TPMS Transmitter is used to sync the new sensors to your cars computer after you have installed them onto your Mustang. You simply point the transmitter at the wheel listen for the cars horn and move to the next tire. Watch our video explaining the whole process.

Kit Contents. This TPMS Kit comes complete for use on four wheels and includes 4 Stem-Mounted TPMS Sensors and 1 TPMS Transmitter Tool. This kit makes it easy to switch between your stock rims and aftermarket rims at will. The TPMS Transmitter Tool can be purchased separately if you already have your sensors.

Important Tire Rotation Note. When rotating tires that are equipped with TPMS sensors it is important to reuse the TPMS Transmitter Tool to recalibrate the sensors. By rotating your tires you are changing the physical location of the sensors and your cars computer will need to update to be aware of this location change. Failure to do so will result in inaccurate and incorrect low tire pressure monitoring.

So I just bought premium wheels from a 2015 mustang, but my car is a 2012 mustang, I was wondering if I can just buy the tool and re-sense them with the 2015 tpms sensors or my ECU wont recognize them?

    • Unfortunately, the TPMS sensors from the 2015Mustang wheels are completely different than the sensors that your car will recognize and you will need to purchase new sensors or transfer your 2012 sensors to the new wheels.

Can I program my TPMS with a tune on my car or will I have to do on stock?

    • TPMS sensors can be synced to a vehicle with a custom tune installed.

Hello, I bought 19 inch rims and Pirelli tires from a new 2017 ecoboost mustang with the performance package and sold my 18 inch rims that were on my 2012 mustang v6 premium. The TPMS light did not come on for a few weeks after I installed the new wheels. Can Ford or someone tune my 2017 style TP sensors to work on my 2012 V6 ECU module? If not what sensors should I buy? If I buy these will they fit on the nice new wheels? need some advice. Thanks in advance.

    • Ford May be able to use their IDS Service program to change the frequency for the TPMS sensors. they will need to be consulted to see if this is an adjustable feature on your model year. The TPMS Full Mounting/Balancing Kit will fit 2017 wheels and function with the 2012 computer.

i have no tpms in my aftermarket wheels i have right now and i'm tired of the light on my dash, i can just buy this kit and install them on my wheels right? i went to ford and asked if they could do it for me, but they said they couldn't. didn't make a whole lot of sense to me.

    • These can be installed into aftermarket wheels. You will need to have the wheels and tires remounted and balanced and then the TPMS sensors would need to be synced to the vehicle.

Work on 20 inch Foose wheels? Hey All! I just bought my 2010 GT and it came with awesome wheels, but bad tires. I'm going to get new tires and I thought at the same time get the TPMS. I would assume that this product would work for me, right? I would need them installed when the tire place is mounting and balancing my tires. So I guess I would buy these, and when I go to get my new tires, give the shop the TPMS equipment and they will install them for me? Thanks for your help! 1 answer

      Cheaper than all the rest

Great product. I did some price checking on other sites and here is the best price for the quality of the item. Most places charge 20-40 more for the same thing. Worked great on the install.

      Great Product!!

I had them installed with the purchase of a sweet set of rims and tires, it literally took me all of 2 minutes to sync the TPMS sensors with my ride, hassle free is definitely for me.

      Get Ford OEM

Recommend getting Ford oem tpms. My tpms fault light randomly comes on and off. I think I've read other reviews with these issues.

Great kit if it all worked correctly

The kit itself is perfect for a new set of tires and or wanting to do your own tire rotations and such, the issue is that i get a tpms malfunction indicator in my dash if i drive more than 15mins at a time. this started happening right after i got my wheels and tire mounted and balanced.

      hot wheels

Just a note to let you know how nice it is to have a tpms full mounting/balancing kit. I can get in my stang and go without having to check the tires. More time to drive less time to worry.

      The most expensive option

My dealer called that these won't sync with the car so they have to take the whole setup apart, install Ford sensors ($300) and will charge me for all the extra work. Thanks for wasting at least $200.

      Expensive choice

I purchased this set for a second set of 2013 Ford Track Pack wheels I'd purchased. They worked fine for 4 months, then began to fail. I got a discounted cost on my first failure from American Muscle for one sensor. Within a month two more failed. Then I Purchased a set of four OEM sensors and have had no problems since. Buyer beware!

Fit perfect on the new wheel. No problems at all. The only thing is that it synced to my car without the tool. Don't know why

I put together a staggered black Magnetic style wheel package with HTR Z III's and at the same time had AM install these TPM's... What can I say more about these? They work and no TPM light has appeared on my dash. One curious thing though; I must have lucked out and installed my wheels in just the right corners because I NEVER got a TPM light (and haven't since, after about 150 miles) even without using the synching tool yet! AM if you see this when you post this review; has this happened before? Asking only because there's a slight concern that maybe there's something goofy with my TPM system (although I doubt it being a bought-new-and-babied 2014 GT Prem). Everyone else seems to have needed to use the synching tool and I haven't seen any posts from folks who have experienced the same...

      Worth the money

If you are getting a new tire and wheel setup you need to just go ahead and buy this kit. Had them installed when I got my new setup mounted and the sync honestly took less than two minutes, just followed the video and was done.
