      Description

      High-Strength Drivetrain Control. The UMI Performance Adjustable Transmission Mounted Torque Arm is designed to improve traction, eliminate wheel hop, and maintain pinion angle in high-performance driving conditions. With an on-car adjuster and multi-fit design, it accommodates stock and aftermarket rear-end setups for maximum versatility.

      Construction and Appearance. Built from 1.250" x 0.120" DOM seamless mild steel tubing, this torque arm features TIG-welded 4140 chrome moly adaptors and a heat-treated chrome moly on-car adjuster. The polyurethane bushings are greaseable for long service life, while solid ¾" rod ends and Grade 8 hardware ensure rugged rear mounting. A durable red powder-coat finish provides lasting corrosion resistance and race-ready aesthetics.

      Installation. Installation is moderately difficult and may require lifting the vehicle and modifying the driveshaft loop or crossmember depending on the setup. Professional installation is recommended for precise fitment and adjustability.

      Application. This UMI Performance Adjustable Transmission Mounted Torque Arm fits 1993 to 2002 Camaro models with stock, 12-bolt, or 9" rear-end housings.
