Description
Enhanced Launch Performance. The UMI Performance Drag Rear Sway Bar for 3.25-Inch Rear Axle Tubes; Red improves traction by ensuring the vehicle leaves the line straight without sideways movement. It eliminates torque steer and enhances 60-foot times and consistency, making it ideal for drag racing applications seeking optimized rear suspension control.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 1.250” solid 4140 chrome moly steel, this anti-roll bar is heat treated and formed as a single piece to ensure maximum strength. It features a durable powder coat finish, high-quality polyurethane bushings, CNC machined sway bar mounts with grip teeth, gussets for bracket reinforcement, and heavy-duty chrome moly rod ends with Teflon self-lubricating races for smooth operation and long-lasting performance.
Installation. This kit features a 100% bolt-in design requiring no drilling, attaching to existing factory mounting holes. Welding the brackets to the frame is recommended but optional for axle tubes, allowing installation and driving to a shop for welding if preferred.
Application. Designed specifically for the 1993-2002 Camaro, providing optimal fitment and performance upgrades tailored to this model and generation.
