Description
Road Race Performance. The UMI Performance Road Race K-Member with LT1 Motor Mounts is engineered to enhance front suspension alignment retention and chassis rigidity for demanding road racing and high-performance driving applications such as autocross, road courses, and spirited street driving. It delivers improved handling and durability by reducing front-end weight and increasing clearance for exhaust and turbo components.
Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from DOM seamless steel tubing, this k-member features a 1-1/2” dual center tube and additional 1-1/4” cross braces. All components are precision laser cut and completely fixture welded to ensure a perfect fit. A durable powder coat finish in bright red or gloss black provides corrosion resistance and a high-quality appearance ideal for performance builds.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and careful alignment. This k-member is designed as a direct fit replacement without any need for drilling or fabrication. All necessary hardware is included to facilitate a straightforward upgrade process.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 93-97 Camaro.
