      Description

      Performance Enhancement. The UMI Performance Bolt-In Tubular Subframe Connectors; Black are engineered to connect the front and rear sub-frames of your Mustang, significantly reducing chassis flex and improving overall rigidity. This increased stiffness enhances suspension handling and traction, particularly under high torque situations, making it ideal for autocross, road racing, and drag racing applications.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from heavy-duty DOM mild steel tubing, the subframe connectors utilize CNC machined mounting plates made from 3/16” thick mild steel for precise fitment and durability. The tubular design is tightly contoured to the vehicle's floor, preserving ground clearance. The finish includes a high-quality, durable powder coat in black, ensuring long-lasting corrosion resistance and a clean appearance.

      Installation. Designed as a 100% bolt-in system, installation requires no welding or modifications, making it accessible for enthusiasts and professionals alike. The setup uses the rear control arm mounts to ensure proper alignment and increased strength without the need for drilling.
