Description
Enhanced Chassis Rigidity. The UMI Performance Bolt-In Tubular Subframe Connectors (Red) improve suspension handling and reduce chassis flex by connecting the front and rear subframes. This increase in rigidity enhances traction, especially during high torque driving scenarios such as autocross, road racing, and drag racing.
Construction and Appearance. Made from heavy-duty 1.750” x 0.120” DOM mild steel tubing with CNC-machined 3/16” thick mounting plates, these connectors provide superior strength and precision. MIG welded for durability, they feature a vibrant red powder coat that offers long-lasting corrosion protection and a sharp appearance.
Installation. The 100% bolt-in design ensures straightforward installation with no welding or modifications required. This direct bolt-on setup utilizes the rear control arm mount for enhanced structural integrity and proper fitment.
Application. Specifically designed for 2005-2014 Ford Mustang coupe and hardtop models. These connectors do not fit convertible variants due to chassis differences.
