      Description

      Maximum Chassis Rigidity Upgrade. The UMI Performance Weld-In Tubular Subframe Connectors are designed to dramatically increase chassis stiffness and reduce flex, improving handling, traction, and overall performance for your Mustang. By tying the front and rear subframes together, they enhance structural integrity for both street and track use.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 1.750" x 0.120" DOM mild steel tubing with CNC machined 3/16" thick mild steel mounting plates, these connectors provide exceptional strength. The tubular design ensures a precise fit along the undercarriage, while the durable black powder-coat finish offers corrosion resistance and a clean, professional look.

      Installation. Installation is moderately difficult, requiring welding for maximum rigidity. They utilize the rear control arm mount for added structural reinforcement.
