      Description

      Ring and Pinion. When you’re looking to bring the power for your 1986-1993 Ford Mustang GT, you’re going to need a differential that can handle it all. So, equip these USA Standard Ring Gear and Pinion Kit – 4.88 Gears to keep your Mustang in tip-top shape.

      Heavy Duty Construction. You’re going to love the build and design of this ring and pinion. It's crafted from solid steel, providing a powerful and chip-resistant finish to last for quite a long time, and the advanced machining techniques used keep it in time and perfect.

      Specifics. This kit is built with a 4.88 gear ratio, with 30 splines and 10 ring gear bolts. The kit fits with the Ford 8.8 rotation, making it compatible with Mustangs.

      Installation. This kit is a very difficult thing to install if you do not have the requisite experience mechanically. You will need either jack stands or a car lift, in addition to needing hand tools and advanced hand tools to install. Allow about 4 hours for full install and please have this installed professionally if you cannot do this yourself.
