Hey guys, today we're going to be taking a look at and installing the Vividline LED conversion kit for 1999 to 2004 Mustangs that have Raxiom headlights. So this is a direct plug in replacement for any '99 to '04 Mustang that has Raxiom headlights already. It plugs directly into your factory harness. You get everything you need for the install. You have your H7 LED lighting upgrade with your wiring harness and your ballasts already wired and ready to go. The install will be a one out of three wrenches in the difficulty meter, and you're looking at spending about 100 bucks for this kit. So this kit will upgrade you from your standard H7 bulb to brighter, longer lasting LED light. All right guys, in order to complete the install, you will need to remove your headlights. So we're going to go ahead, we're going to pull up on the tabs that are holding the 2000 V6 headlights in place, and then our headlight will simply pull out of place. So we'll pull our harness through and we have to disconnect the headlight harness, both for our main bulb and the side bulb here. So we're going to do the exact same thing on the other side. We'll pull up the tabs that are holding the headlight in place, set them aside, pull the headlight forward. From here, we can pull the harness forward, disconnect it both at the main headlight and on the side here, and then pull the headlight away. All right guys. So on the table here we have our factory H7 bulbs compared to our Vividline LED upgrade kit. So basically people look to LED lighting if they're looking for better visibility and they want a lighting upgrade. LED lighting's popular because it does give you that upgrade in lighting and better visibility, but it doesn't cost as much as an HID kit does. These produce a 6,000K white light and they're rated to 100,000 hours of continuous use. So what you're getting with this kit is better visibility, a white light that's going to last longer and requires less power to run. So these are your factory H7 bulbs and you can see that you have a little bit more going on with your upgrade kit here. Your upgrade kit is going to include your LED bulbs with a wiring harness and a ballast included, and these are a direct replacement for your factory bulbs, they're really easy to get installed. All right, for the next part of the install, you guys are going to need a Philips head screwdriver. And if we flip our headlights around, on the back of the headlights, you'll see you have four Philips head screws that are holding this cover on the back of the headlight. We're going to remove those and pull the cover off. All right, now we'll pull this cover off and have access to our bolts. So with the back cover off, you guys can see there is a little clip right here. What we're going to do is we're actually going to push down on this metal piece. It comes out and around from this bracket. Okay. And once that's released, your bulb will come out. So we're going to pull our stock H7 bulb out. And what we're going to do right now is we're going to disconnect it. So we'll disconnect it from here like this, we'll just pull, and then now we're ready for our new bulbs. All right, so here are your new LED bulbs. Obviously they look a little bit different, it's a little bit different type setup. So what you're going to do is you're going to make the connection here. So you have a line that prongs up, and then we'll screw these together and make sure they're connected. Then we're going to go ahead and swap in our new bulb and it's going to go in the same way the factory one came out. Then of course we'll get our clasp around it and hold it down into place. All right, so the next step here is where things get a little bit different. We unplugged our stock bulb from this socket here. So we're going to take our new LED setup and we're going to plug it in here. Then all of this is going to stay behind our headlight housing. So we'll go ahead, get all of this back here, then put our cover back on and get that into place. All right, now we're grabbing our screws, getting them back in place. Now we're going to move over to our other headlight and do the exact same thing. All right, so we'll remove the cover. We'll pull the cover off. We'll find our spring, release the spring. Okay. Then we'll be able to pull the bulb out. Once again, we're going to disconnect the bulb at this point. Grab our new LED bulb, connect our ballast, plug it into our socket. All right, we'll connect our ballast in here, put everything back in the back of our headlight housing, then get our cover on and back into place. And now we can get these back in the car. So once again we'll get our headlight in position. Before we do too much we'll make the connection and get our headlights in place. And that's going to complete our install. All right guys, that's going to wrap up this review and install. Keep in mind that you can always check this kit out more online.
