Vortech BV57 Bypass Valve Weld-On Mounting Flange; Aluminum

Install a Vortech BV57 Bypass Valve. The Mustang BV57 Bypass Valve Weld-On Mounting Flange allows you to install a Vortech BV57 bypass valve to the charge pipes of your Mustang’s forced induction system, venting excess drive pressure before it causes damaging compressor surge or blows couplers.

Durable Construction. This mounting flange is exceptionally durable, featuring premium CNC-machining and a pure 6061 T-6 billet aluminum construction. Billet aluminum is incredibly stout and highly resistant to road vibrations, extreme pressures, and extreme temperatures. Additionally, billet aluminum resists warping and deforming during the welding process, ensuring a tight, leak-proof seal. 

High-Flow Design. This mounting flange features a CNC-machined construction for a precision fit with Vortech’s BV57 bypass valve. Not only does this allow for a leak-proof seal, but it makes for a smooth and efficient flow of air from the intact tract to the bypass valve for efficient venting.  

Raw Finish. This product features a raw finish, requiring minimal surface prep before fabrication and the finishing of your choosing. 

Requires Additional Fabrication. Weld this mounting flange to the location of your choosing on the intake tract of your forced induction-equipped Mustang. However, the flange is often welded onto the charge pipe, protecting the intercooler, couplers, compressor, or turbo from damage due to excess drive pressure.
