Its high-quality plastic intake tube is dyno-tuned and roto-molded to achieve the maximum performance of your ride. It also includes a powder-coated one-piece heat shield that helps cool down your truck from the performance-robbing engine heat.       No Tune Required. Unlike other air intake systems, this product does not require you to custom-tune your Ford's computer upon installation. You only have to bolt the product parts to your truck with the use of a wrench and a couple of nut drivers. But if you want to get the best performance out of this product, American Muscle recommends having your 6.0L Chevrolet Corvette C6 computer to be re-programmed.
