      Description

      Race Proven. Installing a performance exhaust system on your Ford Mustang GT is pound for pound one of the best performance investments that you can make. Increased exhaust flow will give you more horsepower and torque, both good things when it comes to going fast. The American Racing Headers 1-3/4 in. Long Tube Headers w/ Catted H-Pipe will give you both and the added benefit through its H-pipe of a classic muscle car sound.

      Performance Materials. American Racing headers have multiple racing championships beneath their belt and they did that by building their systems out of materials that perform. The American Racing Headers 1-3/4 in. Long Tube Headers w/ Catted H-Pipe is made completely of 304 stainless steel and is optimized for the best exhaust flow. Flanges are 3/8" thick, laser cut stainless steel to resist warping and the 1-3/4" primaries feed into a merge collector that has a welded scavenger spike to increase the speed and flow of the exhaust gases. These gases continue through the 200 cell metallic substrate cats unimpeded.

      Installation Notes. This is a complete bolt-on system that includes the appropriate gaskets and hardware. A basic mechanic's set of tools should do the job along with a bit of time on your part. Be aware that there might need to be some cutting on your part to remove the old system.

      Application. The American Racing Headers 1-3/4 in. Long Tube Headers w/ Catted H-Pipe fits 2005-2010 Ford Mustang GT Models.
