      Description

      SM-10 Series Wheel. The Apex SM-10 Series Wheel features ten evenly spaced "I" beam spokes that extend to the outer lip to exaggerate the over all size of the wheel. A center cap is included. This SM-10 Series Wheel is perfectly suited for both street and track applications.

      Bead Seat Knurling. This Wheel was designed with bead seat knurling. Knurling is a pattern of straight grooved lines that are machined into the bead seat of the wheel to provide a surface for the tire to grip into when mounted. Repeated hard braking and acceleration can cause a tire to slip or spin around the rim causing it to go out of balance and vibrate, this knurling pattern helps to prevent this from happening.

      Satin Black Finish. This Wheel is completed in a high quality black finish for an aggressive appearance that will make others green with envy. For added protection and good looks, this Wheel features a durable, satin clear coat that is tough enough to stand up against the hazards of everyday driving - including road chips and pitting.

      Flow Formed. Flow-Forming also know as Rotary Forged is a unique casting and forming process that results in a wheel that is similar in strength to that of a forged wheel. The wheel is first low pressure cast in aluminum and is rapidly cooled to enhance its elastic strength and durability. The casting is then placed in a special flow forming tool that heats the wheel while rollers press against the barrel to pull the rim into its final width and shape. This “stretching” process improves the grain structure of the aluminum making the wheel much stronger and lighter than a standard cast aluminum wheel.

      Application. This APEX SM-10 Satin Black Wheel; Rear Only; 19x11.5 is designed to fit 2015-2020 Ford Mustang GT350 models. Sold individually.
