Construction and Appearance. The 2-piston pad guided floating caliper is billet aluminum finished in durable red powder coating with a black logo for a classic, aggressive look. The rotor is a one-piece vented design with slotted and drilled surfaces, zinc plated for corrosion resistance and longevity. High-quality stainless braided steel brake hoses, approved to DOT standards, are included in the kit.
Installation. Installation requires spindle modification to fit this brake kit, making the process moderately challenging and best suited for experienced installers or professionals. Detailed instructions accompany the kit to guide proper modification and ensure correct fitment and performance.
Application. Specifically designed for 1979-1993 Ford Mustang models equipped with four-lug OEM V8 spindles from 1987-1993. This kit does not fit other spindle configurations or wheel lug patterns without the required spindle modifications and adapters.
