Description
High-Performance Brake System. The Baer Extreme+ Front 4-Lug Big Brake Kit with 14-Inch Rotors and Hugger Orange Calipers provides exceptional stopping power and improved brake performance for your Mustang. Engineered for the front axle, this kit enhances brake feel and reduces fade under demanding driving conditions.
Construction and Appearance. This system features a single-piece monoblock 6-piston caliper forged from premium, US-sourced 2618 aluminum and CNC machined for a precise fit. The calipers have a durable powder-coated finish and incorporate stainless steel pistons, abutments, and noise suppression clips. The 14-inch rotors are two-piece, vented, slot-drilled, zinc-plated, and equipped with billet aluminum hats for strength and heat dissipation.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and spindle modification to fit the kit properly. Detailed instructions are included to ensure correct assembly and fitment.
Application. Designed specifically for 1979-1993 Ford Mustang models equipped with OE V8 spindles, this kit excludes Cobra models and properly fits those using 1987-1993 V8 spindles.
