Description
Performance Brake Upgrade. The Baer Pro+ Front 5-Lug Big Brake Kit with 13-Inch Rotors and Silver Calipers offers superior stopping power for enhanced safety and control. Engineered for demanding performance, this kit significantly improves the braking capability of compatible Mustangs, making it ideal for high-performance driving and track use.
Construction and Appearance. Featuring 6-piston calipers CNC machined from US sourced forged or billet aluminum, this brake kit delivers strength and durability. The rotors are 2-piece, vented, slot and drilled designs, zinc plated and equipped with billet aluminum hats. A powder coated finish provides corrosion resistance while maintaining a sleek appearance.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and includes all necessary mounting hardware and stainless braided brake lines. Spindle modification is necessary according to the provided instructions to ensure proper fitment on the designated vehicle.
Application. This brake kit is designed to fit 1979-1993 Mustangs equipped with OE V8 spindles and must use 1987-1993 V8 5-lug spindles exclusively. It is not compatible with other spindle setups due to specific component requirements.
