Description
HIGH-PERFORMANCE BRAKE UPGRADE. The Baer Pro+ Rear Big Brake Kit with 13-Inch Rotors and Comp Yellow Calipers provides a robust braking solution designed to enhance rear braking performance for both street and track use. It improves stopping power and heat dissipation, ensuring reliable and consistent braking under demanding conditions.
CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. The calipers are crafted from CNC machined forged or billet aluminum sourced in the US and finished with a durable powder-coat for corrosion resistance and an attractive look. The rotors are two-piece, zinc-plated, slot-drilled units with a billet aluminum hat to reduce weight and improve cooling efficiency. Stainless steel pistons, abutments, and noise suppression clips enhance durability and reduce maintenance needs.
INSTALLATION. This kit is designed for straightforward installation, bolting directly onto compatible vehicles without the need for drilling. A master cylinder upgrade is recommended to ensure optimal braking system performance and safety.
APPLICATION. Engineered specifically for the 1993 Mustang with the OE Ford 8.8 inch C-clip rear end and five-lug axle pattern, excluding Cobra models. It fits vehicles that require a minimum 17-inch wheel diameter and a 13-inch rotor upgrade.
