Description

The Baer Pro+ Rear 5-Lug Big Brake Kit with 14-Inch Rotors; Comp Yellow Calipers delivers superior stopping power and enhanced braking performance designed specifically for the rear axle. Engineered for use on Mustangs, this system significantly improves brake modulation and fade resistance under demanding driving conditions.
Construction and Appearance. Featuring 6-piston floating calipers CNC machined from forged aluminum sourced in the USA, the kit combines strength with lightweight efficiency. The rotors are two-piece, vented, and feature a zinc plating for corrosion resistance, with slotted and drilled surfaces for optimal heat dissipation. Calipers come powder coated for durability, with stainless steel pistons and high-grade stainless hardware included.
Installation. Installation requires no modifications or drilling, designed as a direct bolt-on for compatible vehicles. Basic mechanical skills are recommended for a straightforward and precise fitment process.
Application. Fits 79-92 Mustang equipped with OE Ford 8.8" c-clip rear end and 5-lug axle configuration. A master cylinder upgrade is recommended for optimal brake performance.
